- Julie has over 10 years of construction experience. As an PM she is responsible for managing day-to-day activities of contract administration, pay requests, change orders, requests for information, tracking submittals, and closeouts.
Responsibilities
The Project Manager is responsible for leading a Team of professionals in completing projects, by a set deadline to uphold business initiatives. The Project manager is responsible for every aspect of a project, including leading a Team capable of meeting or exceeding client expectations for their vision & the day-to-day operations.
•Responsible for the timely completion & overall management of assigned Projects
•Responsible to manage assigned project Teams
•Maintain relationships with owner & architects
•Maintain& monitor all associated Project Costs & Controls/Reports in Autodesk& Foundation directly with APM. Maintains cost reports in coordination with Project Accountants.
•Develop project specific Schedule of Values (SOV) with APM
•Initiate& ensure completion of payment applications with Project Accountants
•Performs Buyout, Generate Scopes of Work, & initiates contracts / PO’s
•Subcontracts, PO’s, CO’s & COI’s are entered into Access by PA
•Monitors& maintains document controls with APM’s & in Foundation/Autodesk
•Monitor& Initiate Change Orders to Owner & Subcontractors. Complete Owner requests for estimates &negotiations in a timely manner.
•Monitor& review Submittals to be uploaded by APM.
•Review, Monitor & Generate RFI’s with Superintendent & APM
•Monitors Project Team, progress, & schedule to ensure milestones are achieved
•Development of Project Schedule with Superintendent.
•Assist with Estimating Department as needed.
•Reports to Director of Operations
